Customers control their workspace settings, user access, and data retention configurations.

4.2 Other Information

We use account, usage, and technical information to:

  • Manage subscriptions and billing;

Controller and Processor Roles

6.1 Customer Data

The Customer (e.g., garage or business) is the Data Controller of Customer Data.

MotiAutoCare acts as a Data Processor for such data.

MotiAutoCare acts as Data Controller for:

  • Account information;
  • Billing information;
  • Website visitor data;
  • Support and communications data.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal data.

We may share information in the following circumstances:

7.1 Service Providers

With trusted third‑party providers who support hosting, infrastructure, payment processing, communications, analytics, or professional advisory services. These providers are contractually obligated to safeguard personal data.
