MotiAutoCare is a garage management platform that brings customers, vehicles, appointments, inspections, repairs, quotations, invoices, payments and day-to-day workshop records into one place. It helps garage owners and teams improve visibility, accountability and follow-up.

Who is MotiAutoCare designed for?

It is designed for independent garages and vehicle service workshops that want to replace scattered notebooks, spreadsheets and disconnected tools with a clearer operating system. Current plans cover one garage branch.

Do I need to wait for approval after registering?

No. Once registration is complete, you can access your garage and begin the guided setup without waiting for an approval queue.

How does the free trial work?

You receive a 45-day, no-card, full-feature trial covering all stable garage-facing core features and the three optional modules. The trial clock starts on your first authenticated garage access, and the guided setup helps you reach your first completed repair-to-invoice workflow.

What is included in every paid plan?

Every paid base plan includes garage setup, customers, vehicles and service history, staff roles, appointments, inspections, repairs and job cards, quotations, repair and sales invoices, receipts, manual payment recording, standard PDF documents, ordinary one-to-one document sharing, a mechanic/technician workflow and a basic operational dashboard.

What optional modules can I add?

Stock & Procurement adds inventory and purchasing controls. Customer Growth adds reminders, automated follow-up, outbound history and the customer portal. Advanced Intelligence adds deeper reports, trends, recommendations, exports and performance insights.

How much does MotiAutoCare cost?

Basic is KES 5,000 per month and includes core workshop operations plus one optional module. Professional is KES 8,500 per month and includes core operations plus two modules. Enterprise starts at KES 12,500 per month and includes all three current modules. If you add more modules than your package includes, each additional module is KES 1,200 per month. Your complete estimate is shown before you start an agreement.

Can I change my plan or modules later?

Yes. You can request a plan or module change as your garage grows. The change is reviewed and confirmed before it affects billing or access, and removing a module must not delete your historical records.

Can I record customers who do not own vehicles?

Yes. Customer records can exist independently of vehicle ownership, which supports walk-in buyers, companies and other garages that purchase parts or services.

Can I download and share quotations, invoices and receipts?

Yes. Standard printable and downloadable PDFs, quotations, invoices, receipts and ordinary transactional sharing are included in the core workflow and are not separate paid add-ons.

Can different staff members use the system?

Yes. MotiAutoCare supports role-based working experiences for garage owners, managers, accountants, mechanics and technicians. Staff count and completed monthly jobs guide the recommended plan; stored customer and vehicle history is not deleted when those guides are exceeded.

What happens when the trial or subscription ends?

Your records are preserved. Where access has expired or payment is outstanding, the product provides safe read-only access and a clear action to select, renew or reactivate a plan rather than deleting garage data.

How are subscriptions and payments confirmed?

The plan finder provides a non-binding estimate. Since subscription payments are not yet fully automated, a selected plan creates a request for confirmation. An authorized MotiAutoCare administrator then confirms the agreement and records the real payment without creating a false automated transaction.

Can MotiAutoCare help us during onboarding?

Yes. The trial includes guided setup and activation support. Use the "Talk to us" option if you need help configuring the garage or completing the first workshop workflow.
