How do payouts work?
Once commissions are approved, request a payout via M-Pesa or bank transfer. The MotiAutoCare team processes and confirms each one manually.
What if a garage stops paying?
Recurring commissions are only earned on confirmed payments. If a garage pauses or cancels, you simply don't earn for that month. Your first-month commissions already earned are never affected.
How do I stay active in the program?
Refer at least one new garage within the rolling activity window. Your dashboard shows your current status and how long you have before needing a new referral.
What happens if I become inactive?
Recurring commissions on existing garages pause while inactive. Refer a new garage and you are immediately reactivated. No earnings are ever removed.
